I am captivated by how much pain and destruction our “egosystems” can cause us. So much of my intense suffering growing up was unconsciously self-inflicted. Today, I see that in varying intensities all around me: in families, in work environments of small and large organizations, in government, in our relationship with the rest of the world. We can too often act, unknowingly, against our best interests. 

This blog contains my musings on this topic, in particular in the world of politics and international relations.
